From Thirsk 

• Take the A19 South for approx 2.3 miles

• Take turning for Thirkelby/Coxwold/Helmsley

• Follow the road until you get to the village of Coxwold. Once in the village carry straight on at the crossroads. 

• You will pass a duck pond and Newburgh Priory on your left. Carry straight on up the hill towards Oulston. 

• Just before you get to the village of Oulston, take the left turning towards Yearsley/Malton. 

• Follow this road for 1 mile. 

• As you head down the hill the turning for Pond Head Farm is on your right. Take the track towards the house.

From York 

• Head North on the A19 towards Easingwold. 

• At the Roundabout take the 2nd exit in to Easingwold.

• Once in Easingwold at the mini roundabout, carry straight on up Long Street, until you reach the turning opposite Costcutter. Turn right on to Chapel Street and in to the Market Place.

• At the junction carry straight on up Spring Street & Uppelby. 

• Turn left on to Oulston Road. (signposted Oulston/Coxwold) Follow this road for approx 2.5 miles. 

• At the junction turn left towards Oulston. 

• Carry on through the village, at the corner just outside the village, take the turning signposted Yearsley/Malton. 

• Follow this road for 1 mile. 

• As you head down the hill the turning for Pond Head Farm is on your right. Take the track towards the house.

From Hovingham 

• Take Park Street, signposted Coulton/Easingwold out of the village. (Turning opposite the Worsley Arms Hotel)

• Follow this road for approx 4.5 miles. 

• At the junction carry straight on towards Yearsley. After 1 mile you will reach Yearsley crossroads, turn right signposted to Ampleforth.

• After 600 yards take the left turn signposted Coxwold. Carry on for 1.2 miles. As you go up the hill Pond head Farm turning is on your left.
