All rates are calculated from and include the day of departure.
Overnight boarders will not be charged on the day of collection if collected before 11am. For collection / pickup outside of our opening hours, please contact us to make arrangements.
Christmas and school holidays book up fast - so please ensure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
DIAMOND SERVICE
Even though our kennels are a few steps away from our house, we also offer a bespoke diamond package, where your dog will essentially live with us as a family, participate in all our day to day activities and sleep in the house with us. This is charged at £50 per night per dog. 2 dogs - £90 per night. This is ideally suited to well socialised family dogs who are fine with children & other pets.
WHAT TO BRING / IMPORTANT INFO
Please bring all your dogs own food (and medication if necessary). If you wish to bring your dogs favourite treats, please do. Please do not bring your dogs bowl, unless they require a specialist bowl such as an anti-gulp.
We provide large sleeping benches and Vetbed. You are welcome to bring your own washable bedding and toys.
First time visitors - You will need to complete registration form on arrival. If you wish to save time you can print and bring with you - REGISTRATION FORM
Dogs need to be vaccinated against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis. Please bring your vet’s vaccination card with you to show that your dog is up to date with its boosters. If forgotten, we will need to ring your vet to check that your dog is up to date. Whilst the Kennel Cough is not a compulsory vaccine, if vaccinated, it must have be done at least 14 days prior to boarding.
Any dog coughing, however, will not be allowed to board for the protection of the other dogs boarding.
Please note we will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

Can we look round before booking?
Yes of course! Due to COVID, please call or email us to arrange an appointment and we will show you around.
Can my dogs share a Kennel?
Yes dogs from the same household are allowed to share accommodation. However should problems arise we would have to relocate in separate kennels and charge extra.
What if my flight is cancelled or I am delayed?
Do not worry - this happens! Your dog will be safe with us. Just call us and let us know.
My dog is on medication?
Please bring enough medication for your dogs stay with us in its original packaging from the vets. At the time of booking/registration, please discuss your dogs medical needs with us prior to their stay.
What if my dog is ill during the stay?
If your dog is ill and needs vet attention, we will endeavour to contact your dogs registered vet in the first instance., as they will have your dogs full medical history. However if this is not possible our chosen vets is Skeldale in Thirsk which we have used for many years for our own animals. They operate a 24hr practice and is on hand should the need arise.
I don't drive can you collect my pet?
Yes we can collect your pet - please contact us to book this service in advance.
Can my puppy board?
Yes we can board puppies, as long as they have had their full course of vaccinations.
I need to drop off my dog before work?
Yes of course! If you need to drop your dog off before or after our opening hours, please inform us at the time of booking to make arrangements. Our phone is always on, should you be late or delayed.
Can my dog socialise with other dogs?
We are happy to let well-behaved dogs socialise with other well-behaved dogs if owners agree to sign a disclaimer on the first visit. We are happy to have one-on-one sessions and walks if you prefer.
Do you provide food for my dog?
You will need to bring enough food to cover your dogs stay with us. Don't worry if they run out, we have various brands of food in our onsite shop to substitute.
How can I pay?
We can accept cash, bank transfer or via card reader. (Please call us if you wish to pay via bank transfer)
